This project was not only one of the most interesting aspects of the year, but it was also one of the most fulfilling. As an alumni we are very proud to show our work and have it displayed before the final teardown of our most beloved school in Barrie.
When Ovarian Cancer Canada launched their #ladyballs campaign in Decemeber 2015, we knew that this was a campaign we wanted to get involved with. We teamed up with the local Barrie chapter to support the inaugural Ovarian Cancer Ball.
In support of the annual St Patrick’s Day 5km ShamWALK & RUN, we partnered with the Geneva Centre. This years event was a huge success as the Geneva Centre surpassed their fundraising goal, with a grand total of $21,215.
As a residential community for children, teenagers, and adults diagnosed with multiple and complex special needs we feel as though it is necessary to have a partnership with an organization that cares immensely about helping our developing community.
